Please note:

- We can not process complaints without a return bill.

- Please return the product to us within a period of 10 days. 

- A restocking fee of 20% will be charged on properly delivered products.

- The restocking fee for electronic items is 25%, as they they are subject to special inspection.

- The return of  flawless Items of your order under a value of products of 25€ per item are excluded.

- The return of order under a total product value of 50€ are excluded.

- The return costs have to be paid by the buyer. Unfree packages will not be accepted.
