E-bike batteries pose a certain fire risk, particularly whilst charging. With the VLITEX E-bike fire blanket, you can effectively minimise this risk.
The blanket is placed over the electric vehicle as a preventative measure. Should the battery catch fire, the blanket protects the surrounding area and minimises damage. The fire burns out in a controlled manner beneath the blanket, whilst heat and smoke are significantly contained.
Important: Battery fires produce toxic fumes. Be sure to keep your distance from the source of the fire and call the fire brigade on 112.

Park your electric vehicle safely.
Place the fire blanket completely over the vehicle so that it reaches the ground.
Safety is guaranteed – that’s it!
Even with permanently fitted batteries, the blanket effectively protects the surrounding area from heat, fire and smoke. Simply remove the blanket and set it aside before using the bike.
