L: 21.5 x 16.0 x 14.5 cm | with 8 adjustable dividers
XL: 39.5 x 31.0 x 25.5 cm | with 6 adjustable dividers and 3 holes in the lid for better pressure relief
Customisable internal layout: Thanks to adjustable fibreglass dividers, batteries of almost any size fit securely into the box. In the event of a fire, the dividers prevent the fire from spreading to other batteries.
High-quality material composition: Multi-layered fibreglass fabric offers heat resistance up to 1,000 °C (for short periods) and provides reliable protection against flames and heat.
Innovative features for maximum safety
Fire-resistant cable routing: Enables safe charging inside the box. In the event of a fire, smoke and flames remain contained within the box.
High insulation performance: Five layers of material ensure that heat from a burning battery remains inside the box – tested by the fire service, an external temperature of just 60 °C was recorded.
Additional safety: Wide Velcro fastenings and sturdy buckles ensure a firm hold and secure closure.
Practical extras: External pockets for accessories and a sturdy carrying handle make the box the ideal companion.

The VLITEX Battery Safety Box L has been tested by local fire services under realistic conditions. The boxes withstood the tests without any problems. Three LiPo batteries, each with a capacity of 45.8 Wh (L), and one e-bike battery with a capacity of 740 Wh (XL) were tested.
